ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in the Reston or Chantilly, VA location. This is an onsite position.

The Senior Quality Assurance Tester will work with the engineering and quality assurance/test teams to perform exploratory, performance, and security testing to ensure all systems and software function as intended and meet all compliance and performance requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

\n
• Conducting tests on all systems/enhancements and versions/releases to ensure systems and software are functional and compliant, including system peripherals
\n
• Developing system and software test plans, test cases, test procedures, etc. for Sponsor approval
\n
• Conducting testing of software to be sure it will produce the desired results and that instructions are correct
\n
• Identifying, analyzing, recording, and tracking defects and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure reported defects are resolved
\n
• Creating and managing all QA/test documentation and storing it in the appropriate program repositories
\n
• Collaborating with teammates, third-parties, vendors, and users to test new requirements and solutions
\n

Basic Qualifications:

\n
• 10+ years of relevant quality assurance and testing experience
\n
• Strong experience performing manual and automated testing on physical systems as well as software, particularly in Linux, Virtual, and/or Cloud environments
\n
• Strong experience performing API testing using Postman or similar tools and general experience with REST APIs
\n
• Strong experience setting up test environments and writing test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, etc.
\n
• Strong experience using browser dev tools to conduct testing
\n

\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n
• Experience performing automated testing using Selenium WebDriver
\n
• Experience conducting performance testing using Gatling
\n
• Javascript and/or scripting experience
\n
• Ability and willingness to travel overseas if required
\n

\n

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an active/current Secret security clearance.

\n

Physical Requirements:

\n
• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
\n
• Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
\n
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
\n
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
\n
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
\n
