Job description

• Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date. Aid in the creation of synthetic data.
• Additionally support O&M Technical Support. Monitors user-facing inbox and ensures tickets are properly created and logged into the tool with supportive information for additional analysis and resolution. Help to coordinate the prioritization of the user request. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting to help resolve user requests and working with other teams to analyze and find solutions to user requests.
