You will oversee the entire IT department, lead digital transformation initiatives, and implement solutions to scale efficiently. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and ensuring technology is an enabler for innovation and business success.Key Responsibilities: IT Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company’s goals and growth plans.Technology Infrastructure: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and secure infrastructure, including cloud systems, data storage, and networking solutions.Team Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT team to support company operations and ensure smooth technological execution across departments.Data Warehouse Management: Build and maintain our data warehouse infrastructure to support business analytics needs and help drive a data centric culture.Grow Global IT Infrastructure: Help Ironclad grow worldwide with business technology infrastructure and integrations to support a 24x7 business operating across many offices and locations around the world. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**: Work closely with other departments (product, engineering, finance, HR, etc.) to ensure IT supports their needs while enhancing collaboration and productivity.Deliver IT excellence across the workforce: Elevate IT support for a modern workforce by ensuring a world-class customer experience across in-office and remote locations.Enable and empower our hybrid work model through systems, practices, and experiencesVendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of tools, services, and software.Budgeting & Cost Optimization**: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that balance performance and scalability with fiscal responsibility.Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate potential risks to business operations.Compliance & Governance: Ensure IT policies, procedures, and systems comply with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record in scaling technology in a startup or fast-growing company environment. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.Experience in Data Warehouse management,, data privacy, and managing compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.Experience managing multiple areas of IT such as helpdesk, SaaS Integrations, Data management, and endpoint fleet management. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
