Compensation & Scheduling

Potential raise to $30–$35/hour after 30 QA-approved shifts
Shifts available 24/7; self-scheduling system
Minimum 15 hours per week required
Training & Onboarding
– 2-hour online onboarding session
– Simulated chat practice
– First live shift monitored by QA
– Paid work begins within 3–5 business days
