About the Client
Multiple heating and air conditioning clients in Shasta County. Clients willing to accept entry level candidates and are looking for Journeyman level.
About the Position:
We are looking for experienced HVAC installation helpers. Preferred at least 1 year of experience.
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
1+ years HVAC installation experience in the field.
Possess most hand tools, power tools and specialty tools to perform the job duties.
Must be honest, organized, dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the installation of HVAC equipment and components, ductwork, thermostats, and sheet metal.
Experience in a variety of settings including new construction and retrofit installations for both residential and commercial customers.
Ability to install, braze and test line sets helpful. EPA certification desired but not mandatory.
Ability to read and follow blueprints and diagrams.
Valid Drivers’ License and insurable/clean driving record.
Knowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codes helpful not mandatory for helper.
Advanced safety knowledge of tools and surroundings and ability to comply with all safety rules.
